Our coaches are all graduates of Certified Coach Training Programs and/or have received National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching Certification (NBHWC). Get to know the coaches in the schedule. 

Wellfulli Coaches are trained in the WELLFULLI METHOD – your path to emotional empowerment and joy. This proprietary change process, the WELLFULLI METHOD, equips you to navigate emotionally charged situations, or feeling stuck in life, and regain a sense of wholeness and inner equilibrium. By differentiating between emotions and feelings, accessing your body’s wisdom, and deepening self-understanding, you’ll learn to shift towards empowerment, optimism, emotional self-regulation, wholeness, and your essential self.

There are many commonalities between the two practices such as improving life experience, performance, and helping people change. However, there are some key differences between the two:

Coaching focuses on connecting you to positive and capable aspects of yourself through which you move your life forward. Coaching helps you gain present moment clarity, helps you uncover your own inner knowing, and helps you chart a pathway for action.

Therapy, also known as psychotherapy or psychiatry, focuses on addressing and treating mental illness. It delves into current and the root causes of distress and involves diagnosing, prescribing and treating mental health conditions.
